• Check if the product used has a minimum fat content of 28%.
• Allow more time for the gas-liquid reaction by holding the dispenser upside down and shaking it vigorously for 10 seconds.
• If the issue persists, it may indicate that the dispenser is at maximum capacity or requires additional nitrous oxide.

Thick consistency may result from the dispenser being too cold (e.g., stored in the fridge) or over-shaking (recommended shaking time: 10-15 seconds).

• Insufficient pressure may require more nitrous oxide.
• If clogged, rinse the dispenser nozzle under warm water for a few minutes and shake vigorously.
• Do not attempt to open the dispenser head under pressure.

Ensure all components are tightly secured. If leakage persists, it may require a silicone seal replacement or a damaged dispenser head. Disassemble the dispenser after the gas disperses and contact us at sales@whipwave.co.uk.

• Never attempt to unscrew the head under pressure; release the gas first.
• Difficulty may arise from a blocked dispenser top or over-shaking. Rinse the top under warm water to release dense liquid and facilitate unscrewing.
