Rapid Infusion Technique

Rapid Infusion technique was addressed by created  Dave Arnold about 7 years ago, and turns your whipped cream dispenser into your kitchens secret weapon. Rapid infusion enables a liquid to be infused with different flavors in the shortest possible time. The technique is quite simple. First, you combine solids (e.g. herbs & spices) and a liquid (e.g. alcohol, oil, water, vinegar) into your whipper. Then you add 1 N20 cream charger. By applying pressure into the whipper the flavor of the solids becomes infused into the liquid.

Infusing liquor is the secret to a lot of great drinks. You can add rosemary to vodka, or rum. The possibilities are forever, but one things is for sure, it takes a very long time, maybe a month in a sealed jar. The rapid infusion technique changes all that.
