For Western Australia Customers

We will enforce new amendments to the Medicines and Poisons Regulations 2016 to limit the sale of nitrous oxide cream chargers exclusively to registered food and beverage businesses.

Sale Restrictions: Only small cream chargers containing nitrous oxide will be available, restricted to:

• Registered food businesses.
• Select businesses with a liquor license.
• Approved persons by the Department of Health.

Prohibition on Large Canisters: The sale of large nitrous oxide canisters is prohibited.

Proof of Registration: Buyers must provide proof of their registered business when purchasing. Suppliers must present this evidence to authorities upon request to ensure compliance.

Terms of Sale: Purchase of cream chargers are made in the state of NSW in accordance with the local laws.

Safety & Misuse

Whipped Cream Chargers supplied from this website must only be used for the preparation of food. The cream chargers contain Nitrous Oxide gas that can be abused in the same way that glue or solvents are.

Any customer purchasing our products confirms they are aware of misuse risks and will make every effort to prevent misuse.

If we suspect misuse, CreamWhip reserves the right to:

• Refuse sale
• Cancel orders
• Suspend or permanently block accounts

It is an offence to sell cream whipping chargers for inhalation purposes.

Risks include:

• Narcosis
• Asphyxiation
• Serious injury
• Death

Keep out of reach of children.

CreamWhip will not sell to anyone under 18 years of age. Age confirmation is required when creating an account.

Product Safety

Before using whipped cream equipment, read the manufacturer instructions carefully.

Safety rules:

• Use only 1 charger for 0.25L or 0.5L whippers
• Use only 2 chargers for 1L whippers
• Excess chargers may cause explosion

Chargers contain pressurized Nitrous Oxide.

DO NOT:

• Pierce chargers without correct equipment
• Incinerate chargers
• Expose to heat above 50°C
• Dispose of full chargers
• Take chargers on aircraft

Explosion, injury, and freeze burns may occur.

Keep out of reach of children.
